Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce, you will oversee the digital marketing programs as it relates to , and the Amazon channels. You will also work closely with the in-house Creative and Brand Team to stay in lock step with product launches, campaign execution, and brand alignment. You are full of ideas, passion, and love digital.

  • Manages digital channel strategies including, paid media, email, and organic
  • Helps manage departmental budget & forecast, as it relates to respective media spends
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create digital experiences and optimize user experience
  • Evaluates end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Analyzes digital marketing programs to identify trends and insights to optimize strategies based on performance
  • Manages external relationships including agencies and other vendor partners
  • Measures and reports on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs), provides guidance and recommendations
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and channel performance accordingly
  • Supports the build out of digital marketing and social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, conversion, AOV and retention
  • Provides ongoing competitive intelligence and digital trend information
  • Works closely with various internal departments from IT, Customer Care and Creative
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce charged with driving conversions
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Email
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading and building a team
  • Minimum 1 year experience with managing Amazon Advertising programs
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with strong working knowledge (minimum 2 years) of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and other analytics platforms
  • Experienced in goal-setting and defining & managing KPIs
  • Experience with HTML/CSS a plus
  • Highly analytical and an expert in analyzing metrics, identifying trends and developing data-driven recommendations and strategies based on insights
  • Able to manage project deadlines within established cost and time frames
