The Enterprise Application Manager will…

Work in an Agile environment, provide leadership and support to a growing Information Systems team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a fully cross-functional team including developers, QAs, and BAs. If you’re a technology leader with a background in software development and a passion for helping people, we’d love to speak with you.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage a cross-functional team including software developers, QAs, BAs, and others as needed to support business growth
  • Support successful team outcomes by tracking goals, participating in regular one-on-ones, and overseeing work assignments
  • Support the Senior Director Information Systems by providing input into long term plans, budgets, and architecture
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives to support the business, including:
    • Custom software development
    • COTS implementations
    • Integrations and EDI onboarding
    • ERP customization and configuration
  • Partner closely with the IT Infrastructure Lead on initiatives that require infrastructure, security, or helpdesk support
  • Proactively recommend technology solutions to business problems
  • Execute on the company’s technology roadmap, including annual work plans
  • Support requirements gathering, planning, and sequencing of work plan items
  • Develop and implement software development and QA policies and procedures
  • Continually improve delivery quality through vendor management, dev testing, code reviews, QA, and UAT
  • Create, approve, and track project budgets, ensuring alignment to the department budget
  • Develop and educate the team on consistent and scalable Agile best practices
  • Oversee Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and training
  • Work closely with functional leaders in Finance, Operations, and Ecommerce to deliver on common goals
  • Provide business context, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve their best
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities to your team
  • Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive team environment that celebrates success
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions that are achieved in a collaborative and client oriented manner
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience directly managing development teams
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a software developer
  • Agile certification, ideally Scrum
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability to change
  • 2+ years’ experience managing COTS implementation projects, including vendor management
  • High degree of responsibility and attention to detail
