SAXX Underwear Co. is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Agent to join the team based at our Vancouver office location.

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to the customers of the SAXX website. The Customer Service Agent will provide support on request to the Sales Support and Director, Brand Operations. This is a contract position starting asap to end of January and will require shift work including evenings & weekends.

  • Delivering exceptional assistance to online customers by providing prompt courteous responses to phone, emails and social media. Customer enquiries to be handled within no more than 48 hours.
  • Resolving complaints in a calm and polite manner, providing solutions with the objective of retaining customers’ business.
  • Becoming a SAXX expert: answering customer queries with appropriate sales attitude and product knowledge.
  • Assisting with the placement of orders, refunds, comfort guarantee enquiries, warranties; creating and distributing coupon codes to online customers in line with company policy.
  • Coordinating efforts of accounting and warehouse to resolve inventory and payment queries
  • Editing orders in SAXX ERP and requesting cancellation of orders at the warehouse when required.
  • Creating Returns in SAXX ERP, arranging freight labels for customer returns.
  • Escalating decisions to the Senior Customer Service Agents as appropriate.
  • Following Company communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Must have a strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Office Suite, emphasis on Outlook
  • Able to quickly learn new systems
  • Being an active and engaged team member with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High Accuracy Level: ability to deliver accurate data on a timely basis, ability to work efficiently with little supervision
  • Must have sense of humour; comfortable speaking about intimate apparel
  • Must be flexible and able to work shift work including weekends
  • Reliable and punctual
