What are your payment methods?

Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express (Canada Only), Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

What are Shop Pay Installments and how do they work?

As an alternative to paying for your order in full at checkout, you can choose to pay in 4 biweekly, interest-free payments. There are no hidden or late fees, nor impact on your credit score.


To shop using pay installments on Shop Pay, simply fill your cart, check out with Shop Pay, and choose to pay in 4 installments.


Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The 3 following payments will be charged automatically every 2 weeks on your card saved on Shop Pay. Don’t fret – you'll get a heads up about upcoming payments via email.


Shop Pay Installments accept debit and credit cards. Any orders between $50-$1,000 are eligible for this payment method.

Installment plans don’t need to be completed before an order is fulfilled – your order will not be delayed. We’ll ship your order within 3-5 business days from the purchase date.


For refunds that are less than your total purchase balance, your next payment won’t be lower. Rather, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. For refunds greater than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Why is my installments payment with Shop Pay being rejected?

Shop Pay and Affirm manage eligibility and approval. You should receive an email from Affirm outlining why your payment was rejected. SAXX Underwear has no control over this process.

Can I combine my coupon with a current promotion?

No, coupon codes are not valid for use during a sale.

Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?

If you purchased an item that it is now on sale or promotion, please contact the SAXX support team to request a price match. We ask that you have the Order #, Product details, and current sale price ready.

Price match requests must be submitted while the item is still on sale. Any requests received after the promotion has ended will not be processed.

What currency is your pricing in?

For North American customers, orders shipping in Canada will be charge in Canadian dollars. Orders shipping in the USA will be charge in US dollars.

For International customers, payment is collected in the currency selected when you begin your transaction. This is calculated on a US dollar base amount. For the purposes of international shipping paperwork, the base amount declared on the commercial invoice will be indicated in US Dollars.

What are SAXX sales terms and conditions?

Discounted prices are as marked on eligible items. Quantities are limited; discounted price is available only until the end of the sale period. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases. Visit Terms & Conditions to learn more.

How do I use my gift card?

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
